Q. How Does The Vacation Rental Management Process Work ?

A. The process works as follows :

1. You provide details of your property to us, including location, property type, key features, rental pricing  and photos.  You can also select “black out” periods, during which the property is not available for rent.
2. Based upon this information, we will propose the best vacation rental sites on which to list you property.
3. Once you confirm your agreement, we create the listings on the selected sites. We also agree a procedure for changeover ( key pick up, cleaning etc) and  processing of deposit refunds.
4. We then handles all renter queries for your listing. All bookings require payment in advance, including agreed deposit amount. Payment is accepted via Electronic Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card
5. When we receive a booking, we email the details to you for your confirmation.
6. After we receive confirmation from your changeover service provider that it is okay to do so, we process the deposit refund. We also transfer the rent (less our fees) to your account.

Q. How much does it cost to create my listings on the selected vacation rental sites?

A. In some cases, we have negotiated discounted pricing with the selected vacation rental sites. Otherwise, you pay the normal listing price for each vacation rental site on which we list you property.

Q. On how many vacation rentals should I list my vacation rental ?

A. We will normally recommend  you list on a minimum of 3 vacation rental sites. Based upon our research, this is the best number to optimize bookings. However, if you would prefer to list on more or fewer sites, we can agree this with you.

Q. If I already have listings on other sites, can you take over management of those listings?

A. Yes, by mutual agreement, we will take over management of your listings on other sites.

Q. How much does it cost for your vacation rental management services ?

A. In addition to the listing set up fees, we charge 10% of the rent, plus any PayPal, credit card, banking or foreign exchange fees incurred.

Q. How does the money back guarantee work ?

A. If we do not produce any bookings for you, we will refund your listing fees in full at the end of the year.

Q. Can I reserve time for myself, friends and family?

A. Yes, you just need to let us know which dates the property is not available for rent.

Q. Can I update my listings with new information / photos etc?

A. Yes, we will update your listing free once per year. Updates on a more frequent basis cost Eur 25 each.

Q. Do you provide cleaning / changeover services?

A. We are an internet booking firm and hence do not provide cleaning / changeover services. However, we would be happy to work with any local service providers that you use.
